ログイン後、「海外ビジネスモニター」や「システム管理」をクリックしても、システム
が起動しません。どうすれば良いでしょうか？

After logging in, when I click on 'Overseas Business Monitor' , the system does
not start. What should I do?

登录后，点击“Overseas Business Monitor"时，系统没有启动。我该怎么办？

　ログイン後、海外ビジネスモニターのメインメニュー（起動ページ）の「パソコン事前
設定」をクリックします。リンク先画面の「事前設定」をクリックし、当該ＰＣのセットア
ップを行います。
　その後、「海外ビジネスモニター」をクリックし、システムを起動してください。

After logging in, click on PC Pre-Settings in the main menu (startup page) of
the OBMonitor. On the linked screen, click on Pre-Setting to set up the PC.
Then, click on Overseas Business Monitor to launch the system.

登录后，请点击主菜单（启动页面）中的“PC事前设置"。
在跳转后页面上，点击“事前设置"进行PC设置。
设置成功后，请点击“Overseas Business Monitor"启动系统。
